About Dann
Born and raised in Montrose and now calling Brackney home, I have deep roots here and am proud to serve the neighbors and communities that shaped me. I spent 20 years as a property manager in Philadelphia, where I was responsible for keeping 80+ buildings running smoothly. By the time I left the city, there wasn't much I couldn't fix, build, or improve.
Think of me as your local swiss army knife. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair — I can handle it all.
